How do I save a picture ??Please tell me ...

If you want to save just a general picture on the internet, right click the picture and then select "Save image as..." then choose a directory and click save.
If you would like to take a picture of the whole screen, press the print screen button on your keyboard and then open paint and press ctrl + v
However if you would like to upload a new avatar:
User Control Panel -> Profile -> Edit Avatar
