HELP ME how to put picture

How to put img i dun noe leh me new 1 pls teach me 
Steps:
1. Go to http://imageshack.us/
2. Browse the picture from your computer that you want.
3. Press Upload Now
4. When it directs you to a new page, it has a bunch of different things on the left under the picture. Copy the forum code. It looks like this: [URL =http://img502.imageshack.us/i/xflamberge.png/][ IMG]http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/4559/xflamberge.png[/IMG ][ /URL] <<<<----Without the spaces
5. Get rid of the URL stuff.
6. It should look like this at the end: [IMG ]http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/4559/xflamberge.png[/IMG ]
Post the pic.
So in simpler terms just do [IMG ][/IMG ] <<<<---- Without the spaces and the link between it.
