Disapearing avatar?

Recently I was checking a topic and weirdly enough, I couldn't see 'Tharore's' avatar! I continued posting and this is going on around the site! please help!

well i know what happened to mine. i put up an avy but it said something about it couldnt access the file but ima try to put up another

well, anti got banned cause of his avi
so i think he cant have an avi anymore

Wrong, kinda, i got banned for my avy, i changed it, then it disaperred and i re submited it and now its all good
