i would rather go out once in a while with friends but not miss out on traveling and learning.
online friends we don't annoy each other to the point we want to kill each other.
my online friends on some places we meet up once a year to say hi and have fun.
my off line friends don't have too many.
before i moved i hung out with around 500 so called friends a day.
after only 13 or so kept in contact.
that's when you discover who your real friends are.
as far as missing out on life i wouldn't dare.
i still play soccer and snowboard plus study law and visit friends from time to time.
gaming is only when i get overloaded of boredom or need a break from studying and running around.
i do miss the old online web cam meet ups every week.
so many friends lost their jobs they don't have time for that anymore.
and you have to adjust to reality as it turns you in many different direction in your life.
