Last Breath Chapter One

Another boring day in the gaseous, city I call home. I guess exploring isn't that bad but there is no where to go, and I mean like the most exciting place would be the perky Henesys. Today was the day my class of Kerning High was to be quizzed for our jobs but where's that going to take us. I thought about not going and then thought about my teacher's face. I figured if I got a cool job, I could get out to Ossyria maybe or maybe even Korean Folk Town. I hear their Unagi is wonderful. As all this cool thoughts flashed through my head, I peeked at my clock, 5:00 am isn't a nice way to start your day. I fell back asleep instantly, but my dream was in depth as if it was real. As I was walking down a fresh green path, I ended up at a dragon saying "My pact has almost begun my Master". I was freakishly woken up by my sister Jen, now my sister isn't the gangster type Kerning girl, I think she hates Kerning also. I snuck out of the house not willing to talk to my mom and dad and hear their tips on job tests. My school has their regular under funded statue of Dark Lord. The school day came by fast when my school "counciller" seen that I wasn't my normal prankster self. He walks over and says "Hey, didn't you know today was quiz day"? I replied "Well, I had the weirdest dream about a dragon an..". He totally cut me off. He looked all creepy and stuff..
I waved my hand in front of his face and he grabbed my arm and pulled me away from my Jello-au-Octofry. He brought me to Lady Syl, the Dark Lord's daughter. She looked all puzzled when she was "eyeballing" me. She whispered, probably the most boring crap in the whole world into his ear. She said to me "Go to see a man in Ellinia named Grendel, He has seen a number of people named Evan, otherwise, Dragon Master". They gave me a pass to go to Ellinia to go see Grendel. Ellinia seems fun and stuff, lot's of tree tunnels. I walked up to see Grendel, he said that he heard we had a new Dragon Master. I said to him " what does all this mean"? Grendel replied " This happens when a dragon finds a master and asks his master to come find his egg to start their pact". As puzzling as it sounds, this should be fun. He told me to go see a dragon halflinger in Leafre, a former dragon master named Cheif Tatamo. I had to take a boat to Ossyria, Leafre was 2 hours and 40 minutes away from Ellinia. I met some people on the boat ride, this one guy said that he was the first person to master his job. His name was Fang, Fang Blade. As the boat hit Leafre I walked through the dragon town to find a helpless animal. He was all pink and stuff and didn't seem to have anywhere to go. I fed him some of the Jello-au-Octofry I had wrapped up for my journey. He seemed to like it so, I named him Jelly. He didn't mind following me either. I met up with Tatamo, he explained how it was important to follow the call of the dragon. He said I could find some dragon eggs at The Pig Farm.
I had to take another boat back to Victoria Island and find The Pig Farm. The man at the farm said only a few people have come here to claim an egg. He told me to head up the hill. When I got to the top of the hill I did not see anything worth being a egg. I started to walk down the other side when I fell through a hole! I ended up on a trail that looked like the place in my dream. I walked the path when a dragon egg caught my eye. I went to touch it when a black mark overtook the front of my hand. Tatamo said this was The Mark Of The Dragon.
