The Ranger of Chaos-Harbinger of Doom Part 2 Ch.1

"Wow dude I can't believe its been thirteen years since we killed Fangblade." Drake seemed to look back happily on killing our corrupt father. Oh I almost forgot to introduce myself. I'm Synn. You may know me as the greatest bowmaster that the maple world has ever seen. My brother Drake, my friends Azure, Brandon, Nick, Alice, Ally, and I have single handedly brought peace to the maple world. Little did we know that everything was about to change. Drake and I were reminiscing about our adventures over the past thirteen years when suddenly my phone started to ring. It was my grandmother Kristy.
"Hello?"
"Hey kid how've you been? Listen I don't have much time but your friend Azure and I have been looking through Grendel's history books and we found something you might like. Come on over and I'll show you. Bring your brother with you. He needs to see this too." She hung up the phone in a hurry as if she was afraid of having this information.
"What was that all about?" I told Drake what my grandmother had told me and we departed for Ellinia immediately. It was a long trip from my home in Orbis. We bought tickets for the airship and headed over. While on the boat we met a bowmaster named Zeno. We talked to him for a while until the Balrogs attacked.
"Everyone get below deck! Go or you will die!" As Drake was getting people below decks Zeno and I were taking down the Balrogs easily. Our arrows pierced thorugh the flesh of the Balrogs ripping and tearing through them like a lightsaber through butter. We killed all eighty Balrogs before Drake had gotten the last person below deck. Thats when the Geist Balrog came. Drake drew his swords and jumped for the Balrog. His swords plunged straight into its chest splattering blood everywhere. This stunned the Balrog giving Zeno and I enough time to plant five arrows into its head finishing it off. A beginner came up from below decks to see us finish the Balrog. Unfortunately he was crushed by the body of the Balrog. The rest of the trip went well. We departed at Ellinia station and said our goodbyes to Zeno. Drake and I then traveled through the maze of tangled branches that is Ellinia. We finally reached Grendel's study. I opened the door only to be greeted by Azure. He took us over to where my grandmother and the old master Grendel were sitting.
"It's about time you guys got here. I've been waiting for hours." My grandmother was as impatient as ever. We sat down at the table and my grandmother told us the information we had been waiting so eagerly to hear. "I was looking through one of Grendel's history books when I came upon this interesting thing." She opened to a page that had an old faded picture of what looked like an old stone tablet that had something carved into it "Now I had no idea what this writing meant so I took it to Grendel here to see if he knew."
"I had seen this prophecy before so when your grandmother brought it to me I knew exactly what it meant. The writing roughly translates to a story about a world ending entity and a savior. They call the world ender 'The Harbinger of Doom'. The story goes on to say that there will be a colossal battle between these two entities in the near future."
"Well then we need to find out who these entities are and stop them before the battle happens. Just think of the casualties that will amount from this!" Everyone looked at me and knew I was right. We conversed for a while longer until Drake, Azure, and I had decided to leave. "Well boys, looks like its time to gather up the team."
